Der var fuldt hus i Musikhusets store sal og der var tydeligvis en forventningsfuld stemning før koncerten. Vi ventede på at Rufus Wainwright himself skulle sætte sig ved det store koncertflygel midt på scenen.

Jeg har egentlig aldrig været til den der rendyrkede funk, hvor groovet bare fortsætter i en uendelighed og hvor det måske mest handler om at komme i en eller anden rytmisk ekstase, men pludselig virker det og jeg sad bare og smilede hele vejen igennem nummeret.
